Sophie and I were colleagues, we worked together at the Venetian Macau from the pre-opening period of the complex till 2012. As General Manager of MiCasa Hotel Apartments - Kuala Lumpur Sophie reported directly to me as Restaurant Manager of Cilantro Restaurant & Wine Bar. I recently finished a series of sessions with Sophie and I was pleasantly surprised what I got out of the meet ups.
